- Four strips of salmon
- Two table spoon dijon musturd
- One fourth cup of brown sugar
- One tablespoon lemon juice
- One tablespoon olive oil
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper power as per taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
For preparing the brown sugar glaze, in a mixing bowl add brown sugar, dijon mustard, olive oil, black pepper powder, and salt. Then mix them together to make a perfect glaze.
Once the glaze is ready, lay down parchment paper on the baking tray and arrange salmon strips on it. Keep a 1-inch distance between the strips.
Now pour the glaze on the strips using a spoon. Then spread it all over the salmon strips using a baking brush.
Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 13 minutes at 400˚F or until the salmon turns light brown in color.
Baked salmon is ready, take it out from the oven and dish it out on the serving tray. Garnish with a generous amount of parsley. Serve glazed salmon with fried rice, mashed potatoes, pesto sauce, or any dip of your choice.
