Eligibility criteria

TESDA follows the following predefined eligibility criteria to award scholarships to students. Only those candidates who are eligible for the scholarship can apply for a scholarship.

  • NSO copy of Birth certificate

  • Photo ID with white background

  • High school diploma

  • Medical Certificate

  • NBI clearance certificate
  • Police clearance certificate

  • Barangay Clearance Certificate

  • Good moral character certificate

  • The candidate must be 15+ years old

How to apply?

Step 1 Form filling

First you have to fill TESDA form and have to obtain the learner's ID. You can only register once, and if you are already registered, then directly proceed to step 2 given below. For form filling you have to fill 3 sections, which are mandatory to fill.
In Personal information section you have to fill up your name, gender, Date of birth, Place of Birth and nationality.
In Contact information section you have to provide all contact details. Please note that TESDA will contact you through these information. So double check your email before submitting your information.
In other information section, you have to provide your guardian/Father name and beneficiaries details.
Now check agree and recheck bullets and click on create button, and receive your learner ID.

Step 2 enlist qualification

By clicking on Create button you will be redirected to a new form. Now enlist yours qualification according to predefined Form. Then submit your Learner ID and last name, verify your profile. Your application is complete now.

Step 3 Check email

Now you have to wait until you receive the email from TESDA office. This email is the feedback email from TESDA office. So hence if you have provided the correct email, then you will definitely receive feedback email from TESDA.
