Directions
Step 1 Cut Zucchini into slices
Take two large sizes of fresh zucchini and wash them thoroughly with tap water. Then cut them into one-inch-round slices using a knife.

Step 2 Gather Coating Material
After slicing the zucchini, prepare the coating material by gathering a cup of bread crumbs on a wide plate. Then in another bowl beat two large eggs and on a separate plate mix together all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper for dredging.

Step 3 Coat with flour
Then take a zucchini slice and coat it with flour. Make sure to thoroughly coat all sides of the slice with flour. Then tap off the excess flour.

Step 4 Dip into Egg Mixture
After coating with flour dip the slice into the egg mixture and again tap the excess mixture. You can use a fork for dipping the slice or you can do it with your hands.

Step 5 Coat with Breadcrumbs
Lastly, coat the slice with bread crumbs and place it on a plate. Then repeat the coating process with the remaining zucchini slices.

Step 6 Fry Zucchini
Once all the zucchini slices are coated, in a frying pan pour cooking oil and heat it over medium flame. Then add zucchini slices in hot oil and fry them for 3 minutes each side until they turn golden brown in color. Fry all slices in small batches then dish them out on a paper towel.

Step 7 Serve Zucchini bites
Now garnish them with chopped coriander leaves and serve them with may garlic sauce. You can also have them with marinara sauce, pesto sauce or with ketchup.

Tips
- For making mayo garlic sauce in a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, minced garlic clove, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- After frying zucchini chips sprinkle some salt to avoid the taste of cooking oil.
- You can substitute all-purpose flour with semolina flour.
- For a spicy taste, you can add paprika into the flour coating mixture.
