- Boiled potatoes 4 cups
- Boiled eggs 4 large
- Onion chopped half cup
- Apples chopped 1 cup
- Celery chopped half cup
- Sweet relish 3 tbsp
- Fresh dill chopped 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise half cup
- Sour cream half cup
- Heavy cream 4 tbsp

Directions for Making Potato Salad
Boil the Potatoes
Firstly, take two to three large potatoes and wash them thoroughly under tap water to remove mud and dust. Then put them in a cooking pot filled halfway with water. Boil them on medium heat for 10 minutes or until tender.
Dice the Potatoes
Once the potatoes are boiled, take them out of the pot and rinse them under tap water to stop the cooking process. Then peel off the skin of the potatoes and dice them into small cubes, set them aside for later use in potato salad.
Boil the Eggs
Secondly, take four large eggs and put them in a cooking pot halfway filled with water. Then boil them on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until hard enough.
