Whip Heavy Cream
For making delicious, creamy, and fluffy vanilla ice cream, firstly, take a bowl and pour heavy cream into it along with two teaspoons of vanilla extract. Then using an electric beater or a hand whisk, whip the cream for 2-3 minutes.
While whipping the cream add four tablespoons of sugar into it and continue beating the cream for 2 more minutes or until soft peaks of cream form.
Pour Condensed Milk
Then pour half a cup of condensed milk into the whipped cream. Fold in both with the help of a spatula by using the cut and fold technique.
Pour the mixture into the Container
Finally, take a container and pour the mixture into it. You can use any type of plastic, glass, or aluminum container for freezing the ice cream mixture. Then cover the surface of the ice cream with a cling wrap to prevent it from ice crystals.
Freeze the Ice cream
Then put the container in the freezer for 4-12 hours for freezing the ice cream.
Serve Vanilla Icecream
Once the ice cream is ready, take out the container from the freezer and serve chilled vanilla ice cream. You can garnish it with chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or caramel syrup.
- You can replace condensed milk with whole milk for a more fluffy and creamy vanilla ice cream recipe.
- Make sure not to overbeat cream, otherwise, it may lose air and affect the ice cream texture.
- You can use whipping cream as a substitute for heavy cream.
- Make sure to chill the bowl and whisk before whipping the cream.
