Ingredients

  • One kilogram flank steak
  • Half cup fresh cilantro
  • Two pieces garlic cloves
  • One third cup of chopped green onion
  • One third cup of olive oil
  • One third cup of soy sauce
  • One quarter cup of honey
  • Two tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Four tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

Firstly, for preparing flank steak marinade, in a food processor bowl add chopped cilantro, chopped green onions, and garlic cloves. Then pour olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and chipotle sauce. Finally, sprinkle salt and black pepper and blend it until it turns into a smooth marinade.

Once the marinade is ready, put the flank steak into a large serving tray. Then pour the marinade over the steak. Thoroughly cover the steak with marinade using your hands or a spatula.
