Ingredients

  • Four lamb chops
  • Half cup soy sauce
  • Two tablespoon butter
  • Two pieces garlic clove
  • Two tablespoon lemon juice
  • Six tablespoon olive oil
  • Two pieces rosemary springs
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

To prepare lamb chop marinade, add chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Then mix them together using a whisk or a spoon.

Once the marinade for lamb chops is ready, put the lamb chops into a serving tray. Then pour the marinade over the chops, and evenly spread the marinade all over the chops using your hands or a brush. Now let them rest for an hour.

Then pour olive oil into the pan and heat it over medium flame. place the marinated lamb chops into the pan and sear them for 3-4 minutes from each side.

After searing the lamb chops, it’s time to baste the chops. Add butter, and garlic cloves into the pan. Then tilt the pan so the melted butter will gather at one side. Now collect the melted butter in a spoon and pour it over the lamb chops. Keep basting them for 4 minutes.
